Since our vases are artisanally crafted, each piece is unique in its own way which means the colors and dimensions may slightly differ from one glass to the other. We find beauty in these variations and do not consider them defects.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase for in-store purchases.
Refunds will be refunded to the original form of payment at the original selling price. Desert Sol will not refund the shipping charges made on the original purchase.
